Dengan tabiat berjalan kaki harian sahaja dapat melancarkan proses bersalin! 健康日行一万步 生产自然又迅速

Proses bersalin yang kali pertama bagi saya adalah amat menakutkan. Saya terpaksa memilih kelahiran bayi secara induced kerana tiada sebarang simptom bersalin walaupun tarikh jangkaan bersalin sudah pun sampai. Saya rasa ini adalah disebabkan saya jarang bersukan sebelum ini.

Nasib baiknya saya dapat menyertai Workshop 4 Kesederhanaan yang diadakan oleh Infinitus dan mengetahui cara mengubah tabiat hidup dengan berkesan. Saya rasa dengan berjalan kaki tiap-tiap hari seharusnya dapat melancarkan proses bersalin pada kali kedua.

Dengan demikian, saya bermula memupuk tabiat berjalan kaki selama 40 minit setiap pagi di keliling rumah. Sejak bulan ketiga mengandung sampailah satu hari sebelum bersalin, saya tidak pernah berhenti berjalan 10 ribu langkah setiap hari.

Pada hari bersalin, saya dimasukkan wad pada pukul 7 pagi setelah mengalami kesakitan kontraksi. Seterusnya, cecair amnion bocor pada pukul 8 pagi dan bayi dilahirkan 45 minit kemudian.

Bagi saya, proses bersalin kali ini adalah amat pantas dan lancar. Ini semuanya disebabkan tabiat berjalan kaki sepanjang masa ini! Saya amat berterima kasih kepada Infinitus dan saya syorkan semua orang mula memupuk tabiat ini bersama-sama!
  
第一胎的生产过程对我来说是个很不好的体验。过了预产期还无法分娩,而要通过催生的方式以及厄长的阵痛才将宝宝诞下。相信这归咎于我平常不爱运动的关系。

很幸运的, 在怀第二胎的初期, 我接触了无限极公司所举办的四合理工作坊,当中提倡及传授如何有效的在日常生活中实现健康合理的生活方式。其中的日行一万步让我非常感兴趣。我想,跟着这套方式, 也许会让我这一胎生产更顺利。

于是, 我从那时候开始(怀孕第三个月)天天早起, 在住家附近步行40分钟。每天就能轻易地累计一万步的步数。到了预产期的前一天, 伴着轻微阵痛的我, 在先生和大儿子的陪伴下继续散步。第二天凌晨, 频密的阵痛告诉我时候到了。清晨7点直入产房, 8点羊水穿破, 845分小宝贝诞生, 一切发生的迅雷不及掩耳。

我想, 这都归功于几个月来持续的合理运动方式, 不仅让我在整个孕程中轻松自在, 也让我的生产过程顺利快速。因此, 我大力推荐大家一起加入日行一万步的行列, 大步迈向健康人生! 感谢无限极!

My first labour experience was a terrible one. My due date had passed and the doctor had to induce me through a long bout of pain before I finally managed to give birth to my first child. This, I believe, has to do with my sedentary lifestyle.

Fortunately, during my second pregnancy, I attended a healthy living workshop organised by Infinitus. It educated me and promoted the effective ways of implementing health concepts in our daily life. One of the suggested ways was to walk a thousand steps a day. I found it really intriguing and I was hoping that by replicating this method in my life, my delivery would go smoothly this time.

Ever since my third month post-conception, I woke up early and did a 40-minute jogging in my neighbourhood daily. Easy as “abc”, I walked 10 thousands steps each day through jogging. On the day before my due date, though feeling mildly painful, I went jogging with the company of my husband and my son as usual. Early morning the next day, I was pushed into the delivery room at 7 a.m., water breaking at 8 a.m. and by 8.45 a.m., my baby came to this world safely. Everything took place in the speed of lightning.


I believe I owe the whole smooth labour process to the daily exercises. Not only did I feel easy and relaxed during the gestation period, the delivery process is smooth and quick. Hence, I strongly recommend that we walk 10,000 steps a daily so that we could enjoy good health. My heartfelt thanks, Infinitus!
